Freebies Terms of Use
All free resources, templates, downloads, and educational materials provided by Marketing with Meg are intended for use by licensed estheticians, skincare professionals, and waxing professionals for their own business marketing.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, templates, graphics, trainings, downloads, resources, and materials sold through this website are copyrighted and owned by Meghan O'Brien and Marketing with Meg.
By purchasing any digital product, you are purchasing a license for your own business use only.
You may not:
Resell any materials.
Redistribute any materials.
Share download links.
Copy materials for use by another business.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Billing and Renewals
Memberships are recurring subscriptions.
Your membership will automatically renew each month on the same day you originally joined. For example, if you join on the 15th of the month, your subscription will renew on the 15th of each following month.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Marketing with Meg to automatically charge the payment method provided until your membership is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel at any time by emailing hello@meghanobrien.net.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date in order to prevent the next renewal charge.
If a cancellation request is submitted on or after the billing date, the renewal charge will still apply and the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
A membership is not considered cancelled until confirmation has been sent by Marketing with Meg.
Members are responsible for ensuring their cancellation request has been received and acknowledged before their next billing date.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the memberships and the immediate access provided to content, templates, trainings, resources, and support materials, membership fees are non-refundable.
No refunds or partial refunds will be provided for:
Failure to use the membership.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
Forgotten subscriptions.
Partial billing periods.
Lack of participation.
Membership Content
Membership content, resources, templates, trainings, live calls, support materials, downloads, bonuses, and features may be added, modified, updated, or removed at any time at the sole discretion of Marketing with Meg.
License and Permitted Use
Membership content is licensed to a single business only.
Members may use the provided content, templates, captions, graphics, emails, and resources to market and promote their own business.
Membership materials may not be:
Shared with non-members.
Resold.
Redistributed.
Uploaded to third-party marketplaces.
Provided to another business.
Multi-user access is only permitted through approved plans specifically designed for agencies, managers, or multi-user teams.
Account Access and Sharing
Membership access is intended solely for the purchasing member and their business.
Sharing login credentials or providing access to unauthorized users is prohibited.
Marketing with Meg reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of membership materials is discovered.
Educational Purposes Only
All content, templates, trainings, support calls, resources, marketing ideas, captions, emails, graphics, and educational materials provided by Marketing with Meg are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Members are solely responsible for determining how to apply the information to their own business and for any decisions made as a result of using the materials.
No Guarantees
Marketing with Meg provides educational resources designed to help estheticians and waxing professionals market and grow their businesses.
While many members have experienced positive results, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results vary based on numerous factors, including effort, implementation, experience, quality, market conditions, location, pricing, and business circumstances.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Members agree to contact Marketing with Meg directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Marketing with Meg reserves the right to immediately suspend membership access while the dispute is under review.
Evidence of account activity, content access, login history, email engagement, billing history, and acceptance of these Terms of Use may be provided to payment processors and financial institutions in response to disputes.
Limitation of Liability
Marketing with Meg shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of any products, memberships, trainings, resources, or materials provided through this website.
Your use of all materials is at your own discretion and risk.
