Your 2026 Esthetician Conference Calendar

If you've been telling yourself "this is the year I finally go to a conference," consider this your sign. Conferences are where you find new product lines before your competitors do, pick up techniques that actually move the needle on your bookings, and remember why you fell in love with this industry in the first place. Here's the full rundown of esthetician and spa industry events happening across the US in 2026, organized by month so you can start planning your travel budget now.

January

Aesthetics Tech Forum — Jan 8–9, Newport Beach, CA. Smaller and more device/tech-focused, but a good one if you're curious about what's coming down the pipeline before it hits the mainstream shows.

February

South Beach Symposium — Feb 5–7, Miami, FL. This one leans medical (live injections, cadaver workshops), but it's worth knowing about if you're expanding into medspa adjacent services or just want to see where the industry is heading.

March

Be+Well | Beauty and Wellness Show New York (formerly IBS + IECSC New York) — March 8–10, Javits Center, NYC. This is the big one if you're on the East Coast. Over 600 exhibitors, dedicated spa and wellness "neighborhoods," and a packed education schedule. IBS and IECSC merged into this single show, so it now covers hair, nails, and skin under one roof.

April

ICES Philadelphia (International Congress of Esthetics and Spa) — April 12–13, Pennsylvania Convention Center. A classic for estheticians specifically, with hands-on workshops and manufacturer-led training sessions.

The Medical Spa Show — April 9–12, Las Vegas, NV (Wynn). More medspa-owner focused, but useful if your business model includes or is moving toward medical aesthetics.

International Aesthetics & Spa Congress — April 11–13, 2026 in Paris, France (April 2026, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles) — a large event (~28,000 visitors, ~250 exhibitors) run by Nouvelles Esthétiques, with international attendees from across Europe, North America, and Africa.

May

ICES Dallas — May 17–18, Dallas, TX. Same format as the Philly show, just on the other side of the country, great if you want to avoid East Coast travel.

June

Be+Well Las Vegas (formerly IBS/IECSC Las Vegas) — June 27–29, Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall. The West Coast counterpart to the New York show, same merged format with hundreds of exhibitors.

The Aesthetic Show — June 25–28, Las Vegas, NV. Runs right alongside Be+Well Vegas if you want to make it a double-header week, though this one is more clinical/medical in focus.

July

CosmoProf North America — July 13–15, Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, NV. Beauty industry-wide (not esthetics-exclusive), but a massive show floor if you want to scout product lines and tools.

August

Awaken Esthetics Retreat — Aug 7–11, Skamania Lodge, Stevenson, WA. A smaller, more intimate retreat-style event built by and for estheticians, a nice contrast if the big convention floors feel overwhelming.

Be+Well Florida — Aug 30, Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center, FL.

Premiere Orlando / San Antonio Show — Aug 30–31, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, TX.

September

Aesthetic Next 8.0 — Sept 10–13, Dallas, TX. Skews clinical/device-heavy but draws a strong injector and medspa crowd if that's a direction you're exploring for Injector Aesthetic-adjacent education.

November

Global Aesthetics Conference — Nov 5–8, Miami Beach, FL. A strong closer for the year if you want one more trip before the holidays hit.

A Few Notes Before You Book

Trade show dates shift more often than you'd think, especially the smaller regional ones, so double check the official event website before locking in flights or hotels. Most of these shows offer early bird pricing and student/member discounts if you're licensed through an association like ASCP, so it's worth checking your membership perks before you pay full price for a ticket.

If you can only pick one or two this year, the Be+Well New York or Las Vegas shows and an ICES show (Philly or Dallas) will give you the broadest mix of hands-on esthetics education, product discovery, and networking without requiring a medical aesthetics background.
